Packaging, Labeling, and the Environment - what we do and why we do it.

The environment and sustainability are important to us.

In our packaging and labeling, our goal is to be as ecologically friendly as possible while still being effective and informative. This is why we have chosen to move away from the "glitzy, glamour" of commercial packaging and take a more responsible approach.

Our soap wraps are simple parchment paper of various weights (overstock rather than newly manufactured). Our product cards are simply craft paper tied with twine or hemp string.

We avoid shrink wrap because even "biodegradable" shrink wrap is questionable. When something needs to be sealed or airtight - such as for shipping - we've chosen to use reusable "zip type" bags.
