Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Refunds
Certain types of items cannot be returned or restocked for safety and hygiene reasons like soaps, salts, herbal/incense products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We know that it can be difficult to order artisan crafted products online. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds
If we feel that a return/refund is justified, we will send you a pre-paid mailing label and you will need to return the items in their original condition so we can log it into the loss system.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
