Shipping Questions

How We Shipping:
We ship most orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail (flat rate, signature requested, insured) using the least amount of packaging material possible. At this time, we only ship to the U.S.A.

Shipping time:
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment. Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped–depending on your distance from Massachusetts.

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales and holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), packages may be delayed by a few days.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.

What are my shipping costs?
Priority Mail: Flat Rate For all US Orders. Cost: $11.00

 

Returns Questions

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Refunds
Certain types of items cannot be returned or restocked for safety and hygiene reasons like soaps, salts, and herbal products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We know that it can be difficult to order new artisan crafted products online. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds
If we feel that a return/refund is justified, we will send you a pre-paid mailing label and you will need to return the items in their original condition so we can log it into the loss system. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
